I am regular customer in your store crystal heaven, this time received product which seems to be used. All the other items are shiningly new. But this one has scratches and dull. Please keepup the standards in very sales and deliver good products every time. So that I don't have to look for other stores. I don't like returning the products easily so i am keeping it. But please don't repeat it next time.
