Great price, Garnier is better quality but not by much

This Korean micellar water is amazing! It removes all my makeup easily, even waterproof mascara. My skin feels fresh, soft, and not sticky after using it. There’s no irritation, and it has a light, clean scent. I will definitely buy it again!

Korean micellar water with charcoal, which functions as a toner and cleanser, removes makeup well and does not leave it on the skin. The aroma is not harsh and pleasant. After cleansing the skin with Korean micellar water, the skin is not dry and clean. The cream is applied well after cleansing.

I don’t wear a lot of makeup often, but it does remove it. Even when I’m not wearing makeup I do notice some dirt/sweat on the cotton pad (gross, but it works). I haven’t noticed a difference in hydration; however, it doesn’t dry out my skin so that’s still a plus. Since it doesn’t leave any residue and doesn’t dry out my skin, I’ve been using it daily even when I’m not wearing makeup.
