I give it 5 stars only because it hasn't even been 1 full week, but man, I wish I had taken pictures of my tummy day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and so on. Really, though, I can visibly see a change in just a few days. I will come back in a month or so and share my results. Legit, I haven't changed a thing. I've lost 3.5 lbs in less than a week. So we'll see if that's it or if there's more to come, I'm excited! Oh and it doesnt taste terrible either it is better cold my boyfriend and I both agree. Also the nice energy boost it gives me is just so perfect.

Love this product!! My mother told me about this tea, now we cant stop drinking it! It really ignites and motivates the body and it taste really good with honey and lemon.

This, really works and gives you the energy that it says it will. There have been many many mornings that i have gotten up very tired and had no energy but after drinking this tea, i was revived. Not only that, i have lost 7 pounds in just 3 days. I did nothing different other that have a cup of tea everyday. Good stuff. Give it a try

I really don't know YET. I did the overnight cold Brew due to the tiny nylon/poly bag. That I have NEVER seen for tea bag usage b4. Is this gonna be a microplastic issue? The taste was OK. I added a wee bit stevia as I buy this in bulk (a NOW product. The best deal ever!). I expected the taste to be sweeter than it is. It includes stevia in the ingredients so...I will keep u posted on the effectiveness of the product.I purchased 3 bags. My neighbor has accepted one. She's excited to try this, too.

It’s only been a week since I’ve been drinking the tea. It’s very good and I believe it’s doing what it’s supposed to do and it’s really helping me to eliminate and I have less bloating very good tea. I would recommend it to anybody.

I've have drank this according to directions for 6 days. It tastes reprehensible, if I'm being kind. I'm still waiting for something to happen. Nothing yet. No weight loss as of yet. I give it 3 stars because I'm hopeful. However the taste makes you definitely not want to drink anymore ever. Especially with no weight loss. If I lose weight by the end of the bag I will give another review

Do like but only been having just over a month do feel gives more energy better than coffee in morning so will continue
