Like the other reviews state, this rack is super small and just barely fit a 9x5 loaf of bread but I knew that before purchasing. It’s the perfect size for someone that bakes for only a few people like myself. Tolerated a bread loaf straight from the oven (fairly heavy) with no problem and didn’t leave my counters hot either. The quality is great and it does what it’s supposed to, it’s just small.

I used the product already for cooking baked items, and have future plans to use it for elevated baking of chicken (so dripping can fall through). The rack worked as expected for cooling. Build is sturdy, and height allowed for adequate air flow to expedite cooling. I was a bit surprised at the size of the rack, it was a bit smaller than expected. I may have misread dimensions or assumed that dimensions were for the surface area where you can put food, and not inclusive of the legs. If you buy multiple racks, you’ll be fine!

I usually use just a baking sheet when baking things in the oven but I wanted a rack that I could use to have the oil drip off what I was cooking. I tried this one out and it works perfectly. There's a little over an inch of space underneath the rack to allow air to flow underneath and cook the bottom as well. My only worry was that it would be difficult to clean but after baking some seasoned chicken, everything just wiped right off with little effort.

I sought to use this for a slightly different purpose: being in a smaller kitchen in my apartment, I was looking for something to use as a cooling rack for cookies, baked goods, etc. This does the job well. It's a relatively small surface area (fit for a rather small batch of cookies), but is sturdy, well-built, and offers great clearance/airflow beneath the surface of the rack. The best part is, I could use this for a high-heat cooking application when needed, as the high-quality stainless steel construction is up for more than just a cooling-rack functionality (although I use it primarily for that purpose). All in all, a solid addition to my kitchen.

This is much much much smaller than I realized. It can fit like 4 cupcakes for cooling. It is pretty sturdy though.

I recently started weekly meal prepping all three meals for two. As you can imagine, things can get a little hectic, especially when you need to reuse pans for different parts of the various meals. I don't always want to put meat in Tupperware while it's still hot or risk smushing/mixing the different individual portions. This is working a treat so far. I'm probably going to add 3 or 4 more over time.

I needed a new cooling rack and this one fit the bill. It creates a space between the counter and my cookie sheet (or other baking container) to allow air to flow underneath to help the food cool. It's a little on the smaller side, which is fine for my purposes. I'd believe the claim that's it's oven safe, but I'm not sure I would put it in the dishwasher - but that may just be a personal preference to hand wash this type of item.
