A small compact yet an absolute essential piece of kit for printing labels, shipping, PDF, images etc etc. Operates via Bluetooth and is very efficient in its use. Brilliant.

Great compact thermal printer, looks great, printer is adjustable, so can print from small size label & large postage labels. Very easy to use & simple to connect to my iPad & iPhone.

I bought for daughter not what she wanted so sent back but good printer just she wanted a printer that prints more than jusg lables

Working well, I've tried 2 different label types both worked fine. Good quality of print, item is nice small and portable which is a big plus. Easy to connect to be rdy to print. If you need a label printer go for it.

I printed one label, which was just fine. Nice and clear text, all that good stuff. The major issue is that when I pulled the plug out I was electrocuted. It's was painful, left my hand with pins and needles and pain up my arm. I also ended up with palpitations. It's extremely dangerous to have a product with a faulty plug that isn't grounded. It was also clearly holding an electric charge because the LED on the power converter was still on a few minutes later. That's the problem with sellers on Amazon; this printer is most likely drop-shipped. You can find identical printers on AliExpress, so they obviously haven't tested it themselves and are just reselling stuff for a profit. I have been burned by sellers before, but this the worst. I have returned it to Amazon. It shouldn't have made it past QC. It could have killed me.

Now that Shopify have joined with Royal Mail I had to buy yet another printer. But this was easy to install. It’s fast and pretty quiet.

今まで何年もクリックポストラベルを通常のプリンタやレーザープリンタなどで印刷してきました。 それがこのプリンタを購入して何のストレスも無くなり快適に印刷出来ています。 ロール紙も購入しましたがそのままだとロール紙は使えません。 簡単なロール紙用のカバーを自作してから安定して使えています。 購入後、2ヶ月で毎回ローラー部分にシールを巻き込むようになりましたが無水エタノールでローラーを掃除すると改善されました。 試行錯誤は必要でしたがとても気に入っています。

I love the app, its so easy to use and everthing is working great, I love that when you put a new roll in, it pulls it back so you don't have a wasted label when it resets unlike my previous label printer. Highly recommend.

This printer worked really well from the moment I got it. The app was simple to navigate, the printer connected right away and it prints reliably and super fast! I had some issues with the thermal head leaving gaps after 6 months of heavy use. I contacted customer support and after proving my issue with a short video the replaced the printer free of charge. The customer service was quick and painless! Would recommend this product, especially after dealing with their customer service department!
