Good quality high tension. Quite long bands. Very sturdy.

Very comfortable and soft and easy to use
I was impressed that they came in three different strengths. Having just had a knee replacement it has been most useful for my daily exercises.

Good quality product
Excellent price for an excellent product. The three bands offer a good range of resistance depending on your own abilities. I'm using the lightweight yellow band after a serious injury to tendons and it allows me to do my own rehab. I am hoping to progress to the other bands in time. The colours are very bright so if you put your band down and then can't remember where you put it (wait until you get older!) then the colours stand out helping you to spot the lost bands.
