I didn't know what these would be like, but I bought a pair of flats that gave me the WORST blisters I've ever had on the back of my heel. Fortunately, these worked so well. They stayed adhered to the back of my shoe and no blisters or discomfort at all. Highly recommend - they stay in place and take the pain away.

I had put them back of my shoes because I getting blisters when I was walking. Once I put them on no more blisters and they are comfortable.

Not what we were hoping for. Didn't stick to canvas leather or in boots. As soon as your heel comes in contact it peels off
