Low price, fast delivery
The main feature was low price and fast delivery. I was dealing with what appeared to be technical issue that OpenReach/BT were having difficulty with. I was substituting my modem with an identical one to check if the fault was there. (In the event the problem was not the modem nor technical at all so I now have two redundant fully functioning old-style modems.) Cheap, so not a problem, especially after BT refund. Delivery, timescale and order fulfilment were as advertised. The equivalent is a BT Smarthub, with a two-year contract.

Plug & plug with Sky broadband
Connected to TP-Link mesh & used instead of a sky router. Simply plugged it in, connected to mesh, boosh.

It works but.
Where this did work fine, I could only get a top speed of 65MB out of this, I ended up turning an old router into a modem and it's been working flawlessly at 72mb for months.

Good fibre modem.
Worked straight out of the box, no setup needed, for my Plusnet fibre connection.

Wrong power supply
When setting up modem the power supply plug would not fit into the modem,on further inspection the power supply was a 5Vdc power supply, it should be a12Vdc power supply for this modem. As I needed to get the modem working withmy router as soon as possible I looked through my box of old power supplies ratherwaste days on trying to get a power supply from the seller. I used an old BT hub 12Vdcpower supply and the correct size of connector from another power supply. The modemand router have been working perfectly now for over three weeks, a pity that the correctpower supply was not included as I would have given 5 stars and not 1.

Oldie but goodie
Had to buy modem in a hurry as I bought a powerful router by mistake instead of a modem/router, we have fibre broadband and it works a treat with the new router the signal no longer needs to be boosted in a 4 bed house

Great cheap modem to use with a WiFi router
Used to replace my service provider (PlusNet) modem / router when I purchased a new Asus WiFi router. The PlusNet wouldn't pass through wan services, this does without fuss.

Product was good for what it was
Product was good for what it was, but I found the description misleading as it does not replace the box supplied by my ISP.On a good point when I returned the item a refund was given very promptly. So I can say the company was fine but the description was rubbish.
