Best electrical kettle on the planet!!! The design is sleek, it heats water amazingly fast, I can monitor the temp and use it at the perfect temp to mix for baby/pet foods so it’s not too hot, and for my friend the tea snob who says certain tea leaves brew best at different temps. The design looks clean all the time, and the water stays clean inside, I’ve had it for weeks now and still no build-up of hard water residue inside! The lid can stay open when you open it, it doesn’t close shut on you when you let go of the button while trying to refill it like some others. It’s quiet, too. The only downside is it holds slightly less water than others, about a liter rather than 1.5 L, but that’s probably why it heats so fast, and I don’t mind boiling water twice to make large batches of iced tea bc it’s just so beautiful and nice! It’s perfect, I LOVE it!!! I love it so much I want to share it with others!!!

I needed a replacement for my beloved gooseneck kettle that recently has been discontinued and only available on eBay for ~$200. Thought about it but nope. This morning for the 3rd time, I set temp to 205 and return to it at 212. Ao disappointed because have been using it only 2 weeks! Called Amazon CS and they are sending out a new one and will be evaluating my defective one once they receive it. Did not want to break out my spare kettle after a mere 2 weeks! Also, was watching the kettle this afternoon to stop it when it reached 205 degrees but heard it boiling when it got there, quickly opened the lid and sure enough: boiling. Verified with my Thermapen that the display temp wasn’t accurate. Taking away a star. Will update.

Love it. I've always been old fashioned and have been using a stove kettle for the longest time. I switched because these are supposed to be faster for heating up your water and they are not wrong. In 10 mins my water was ready to use. The kettle is sleek and lightweight. Need to make sure the base is sitting flat on the counter so you might have to work the cord as it is stiff when first coming out of the box. Product is able to be programed to a certain temperature which is nice and the kettle automatically shuts off after 10 mins of no activity once desired temp is reached.

I LOVE this teapot and would like to buy a second one for the kitchen. Yep! That’s right: the kitchen. This one is on my bathroom vanity so I can have warm water fast for washing my face. I was tired of how long it takes our bathroom sinks to get hot water, and it’s so wasteful! I set this at the lowest temp, but I turn it off when it hits 75-80 which is so much faster than waiting for it through the tap. I’ve boiled water in this teapot and carried it out to the kitchen to make herbal tea several times, and while the steps are good for my, I’m not the only one needs to boil water. It makes my regular teapot obsolete. The only thing that’s stopped me from buying a second pot is that white hasn’t been available. I like how this looks and like the digital temp, because it’s easy to see.

I've had it about 5 months now. Works great for the most part, but unfortunately I've run into a problem, the 'lines' for the numbers are starting to short out. That's rather unfortunate since I purchased this for the specific purpose of knowing the water temp. That said, it boils faster than my old kettle (which to be fair was 20 years old and from WalMart) and it does a fair job of keeping it in the required temp range.

Excellent product. I love that you can set the temperature to different points. For example, when we make hot tea, it’s better to have 170-180 deg. F instead of just boiling. Very easy to use, quick, and nice looking product.
