This has seemed to help me with sleep quality, and helps me to stay asleep. It tastes fine, not bad at all, and although I have not noticed any weight changes, I did not get this for that reason. It is easy to take, and hopefully absorbs well, so I will continue using this.

This liquid product is great, easy to take and my energy was above my normal activity, taste is great I repurchase 2 more bottles.

Taste is really good, which makes it very easy to use regularly. After two weeks of use I’ve seen absolutely none of the benefits it promises unfortunately, so I’ll finish the bottle but won’t be purchasing it again,

I purchased for stress support but it made my stress 1000 time worse. After taking for 4 days It had an extreme laxative effect on me and caused my stress to worsen wondering if I would make it to the bathroom or not. It also caused me to have vomiting. I took the dosage as directed, I guess some people are just more sensitive to the ingredients than others. This product is a thumbs down for me.
