Quality construction, easy to assemble. City water tastes better! I would give it a 5* but I'm just going by taste. Haven't had before & after water tests done. So I can't be sure if it would turn lake water safe to drink!

Buy a machine/electric powered water filter. First black filter clogged after 2 days, re-purging didn't fix. Thought it was a one-off, decided to only use the other. Second one clogged after a couple weeks. Fluoride filters were used in conjunction the entire time, issue seems to be the black filters though, or using them both together is messing up the black filter.

The metal spigot that came with it drips. It worked well the 1st 2 weeks now drip...drip...drip... water taste is fair.
