This product is ideally suited for canvas art. I intend to make a subsequent purchase of the gold frames. My sole recommendation is that you purchase a canvas with a 1 to 2 inch border when creating your own artwork for this frame.

Opened up the package and half of the parts are missing. No screws, no L plates and no scraper.

Whenever I’ve used frames of this sort, where you buy the pieces individually, and then need to assemble them, there’s a chance that the corners won’t come together perfectly, which doesn’t look great. In this case, I was very happy with the quality of the whole frame and how it looks on my art, and the corners also look great.It does take a little getting used to, in terms of how you assemble these frames, but once you understand the basics, it’s pretty easy. I always recommend that you start off with keeping the corner pieces pretty loose until you line everything up, and then you can tighten them. Sometimes you have to re-loosen one or two as you work on the whole thing to get it all squared and great looking.Overall, I was quite Happy with this frame and feel it was a fair price.
