I like the pearl shape capsules, easy to swallow.I found out about wheatgerm oil through a holistic therapist and they informed me of the benefits it can have on your nervous system and how over time it may help to build up and protect.This is my 1st time of using wheatgerm oil and don't expect a miracle over night, but I have noticed my hair has gone a lot softer and shinnier.
