This is my third flexi hose and the other two I returned because became faulty pretty quickly. This one seems ok so far however with flexi hoses I think it’s important to remember that they need a certain amount of care beyond what rigid hoses need. They are great for easy storage and light weight use but it is important to remember that 1) over stretch them and they are likely to break, 2) storing full of water will put stress on joints so likely to break them over time and the water gets hot left in direct sunlight for a long time, 3) the lengths specified tend to be approximate - if your garden is 50ft, I recommend going for 100ft hose - it will mean less stress on the hose and more likely to last, 4) when you have finished with the hose, leave the spray end open to allow the hose to empty on its own - don’t just unscrew at the tap because if you do, you get soaked! Finally, 6) if you want to use them with pressure washers - double check they are suitable - the ones I had are not advised to be and so have not tried.When considering the above, these hoses are great however specifically on this hose, this is what I like and don’t.Like:Stores small.If you don’t stretch the item too much it’s quite durable.Good array of spray head options.Kids love them because they are light!Cons:None so far considering the above considerations with flexi hoses.

I purchased this item 18 months ago and it has just failed in the same way as every other hose of this type I have owned, the rubber internal hose failed close to the tap. It has been in near daily use, washing a mud loving Golden Retriever and has functioned well up until today. The hose is drained down after every use, particularly in winter, but still is has split. Overall I would recommend this hose, but only for those who only need a hose occasionaly and for whom space is at a premium, as this hose is not as durable as a traditional hose but does have the benefit of being easy to use and compact to store.

Came with wall bracket which I hadn’t noticed. The connection for tap on the end 7 option spray I water the plants near the house then go to end of garden the turn tap off and empty hose in the fish pond the fish love it. The just walk it back wind it back so light and easy I’m disabled and manage it really well. Going to order for my front garden so reasonably priced.

I can only give a short review ,I have used the hose 4 times up to now and no problems at all,unlike a cheaper hose I had before which lasted twice before it split in the middle, the quality between the 2 hoses is miles apart,so spend a little more money, it hopefully will pay in the long run.Early days with the new hose ,but pleased at the moment.

This hose worked well for over a year. Then the inner tube broke. We fixed it. It broke again in a different place one month later. Closer investigation shows the inner tube is riddled with tiny holes everywhere. This is a low grade material that will keep breaking in different places.

Nice hose but not very hardy. It only lasted a few weeks before exploding.

Had this for just over a year it's now the longest lasting expanding hose I've ever owned and this is my third one the other two were more expensive and didn't last a season.It's been in the garden all over winter and is still going strong.It's lightweight easy to use great value and makes watering my garden a pleasure not a chore .Highly recommended.

Can't believe how well this works. Was loads cheaper than the ones in Argos. It's very light and extends really well. As long as it lasts I'll be very pleased with this. The tap hook is also very useful. The spray nossel is not that substantial feeling but it works well.
