Excellent battery for amateur radio
Left it a while to do this review because I wanted to test it properly. This is a great battery. Very long life and a very deep cycle. Excellent recharging too. Will work a 100w radio transceiver working at 100w all day for several days. Delighted with its weight - can be carried for long distances with minimum effort!

Li Time 100amh lithium battery
This brand has good reviews so purchased this to be the heart of a solar Generator project. So far it’s working incredibly well , powering a portable fridge Feezer with ease . Lighter than its lead acid counterpart & can be run down to lower levels without damaging.

Either faulty or unbalanced cells took a week+ of charge discharge to resolve
First charge of this battery up to 14.2v caused spikes measured up to 17v Speaking with litime support and I was advised to increase the voltage to 14.4v but was even worse.... Then found some help on vicrrons forum where they suspected the battery has an out of balance cell and was advised to try lowering to 13.8... Still having spikes but not as bad and eventually the absorb started stabilizing... So over a week ive been setting 4 hour absorbs and gradually increasing the voltage each day and am now up to 14.15v without any spikes, so it looks like the cells are balancing out. Litime support didn't appear to know this, well they should if they are selling batteries that are out of balance! Anyway after a week of not knowing if it was the charger or the batteries it seems to be much better. Dont listen to the manuals advice and just charge to 14.4v on your first charge, appears they need to be broken in/balanced (or maybe in was Just shipped a dud) Litime need to ship these balanced! Or at least provide the correct advice on how to resolve it.

The batteries are great, long lasting. I was actually really surprised when it lasted a whole day, lasting 7-8 hours.

I purchased three LiTime 200 amp hour self heating batteries and connected them in parallel for my off grid cabin in Wisconsin 22 months ago. To date they have worked flawlessly, I couldn’t be happier with their performance, cold weather auto heating and charging work great. My only regret is I didn’t purchase 4. They don’t have a phone number for support but have been very responsive to my questions by email.

This is the 2nd time i bought this exact battery. Through my own fault i hooked up a 3000w inverter without putting a resistor inline so there would be no huge current draw to charge the capacitors in the inverter ..huge spark and the BMS shut the battery down and after letting it rest overnight it was still sitting at 3.9 v ( should be 13.4) . Susan over at LiTime was great to deal with gave suggestions how to solve the problem but unfortunately they didnt work as i didnt have the equipment on hand to try her suggestions so they were willing to replace the battery for me with prepaid shipping. Awesome Customer service! I actually got the battery to work by doing some youtube research and hooked up my truck battery to "wake up" the BMS. My charger was then able to recognize the battery and charge it. ITs working great.. will post another review this winter on the self heating feature of this unit when im out hunting.

I had questions before buying this Ampere Time LiFeP04 12V 100 Ah battery about how to deal with any problems that might arise during the 5 year warranty period re shipping etc since I live in Canada . I contacted Ampere Time through the Ampere Time Website and had a courteous and detailed answer within 24 hours to all my questions and was totally reassured that the product I was buying had good support from the company . I subsequently purchased both the battery and the 20 amp charger from Ampere Time through Amazon.ca and had both arrive from Ampere Time within 3 days. Both items were carefully packaged and in excellent condition with detailed instructions . I was able to charge the battery to full charge easily and looking forward to using it for the electric motor on my boat when the ice is gone from the lakes. I had a couple of more short questions I sent through the Ampere Time website and had responses within 24 hours from the same person (Kiki) who answered my initial questions . I have absolutely no doubt that Ampere Time will support me in this purchase if I run into any problems which I suspect is highly unlikely given the quality of the products. I have now used my Ampere Time 12V 100 Ah battery for a full fishing season and I am completely satisfied with its performance. I have used it for many full days of fishing without having to switch batteries due to low power 2/3 of the way through the day as was routine when I was using 12 V lead acid batteries. It is half the weight of a lead acid battery and I can easily move it from one boat to another or my canoe when needed without straining my back--a major plus for me. It charges quickly and there has never been a problem. My spare 12 V battery is a lead acid battery and when it is time to replace it I will buy another Ampere Time, now Li Time, 12V 100 Ah Lithium battery . I can highly recommend this battery for those of you who run electric trolling motors while fishing Tom I
