I bought a new 25 Chevy Trax in November 2024. At the time of purchase, the wireless Android Auto worked perfectly. Unfortunately at the end of my 3 month OnStar trial period, the wireless no longer worked. I spent a lot of time on the phone with OnStar, but they could not get me reconnected. This little wireless AA device solved my problem and it works perfectly in my car, restoring all functions of the original setup. The sound quality is great. It was quite easy to install and takes up no space, hidden under the radio. I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for wireless Android Auto in your vehicle. It only works with cars/trucks that have wired Android Auto built in, and there are a few vehicle brands that it's not compatible with (that info is on the website). Just plug into the wired Accessory port (not the charging port) and follow the simple setup instructions and it should work great for you too!

Device works as described. It’s super annoying to having to plug in my phone with everything in the way, this really helps clean it up and get rid of the clutter it was easy to install the directions were clear and easy to understand, overall a wonderful product definitely recommend.

I needed an reliable android auto connection for my trip across the country in May 2025 because my wired connection was unreliable. This thing worked flawlessly on my 5000 mile round trip. I used it with my aging Google Pixel 6 and an aftermarket JVC head unit from 2019. Connected every single time I got into the car. Never had to mess with it or think about it. I haven't used it much since only when I'm going on a trip, but when I need it, it's great. Did I mention it was cheap? For what I paid for it if it broke tomorrow I'd still be over the moon. It served it's purpose for what I wanted it for so I'm a happy customer.

TLDR: this adapter is garbage and there is no response to 3 support requests. It worked for the first week, then it started to fail. Audio started getting choppy, then it would stop, resume, then the connection would just die and never reconnect. Now it won't connect at all. I RTFM, it's not helpful for this issue. I tired contacting the seller 3 times over 2 weeks for their "world class support" and they never responded. Given the reviews, this product reeks of a piece of tech that was made well at first for the good reviews, then they cheaped out and made a crappy product, dropped the price and abandoned support to make a few more bucks. Don't buy this scammy cheap garbage that has absolutely no support.

Device works as described but it attempts to reconnect for a couple minutes to your phone and car once your car is turned off. After a few minutes it stops trying to reconnect. If you are near your car or sitting inside with your car off your phone will keep getting alerts that its trying to connect to the device for a couple minutes. Not sure if there is a time limit that can be set to change the reconnect limits but other than that issue it works great.

It was so annoying having to plug in my phone and having cords everywhere. This really cut down the clutter in my car. I'm able to turn on my car and android auto automatically pops on. It was easy to install, I plugged it into my car and connected to it via wifi. The directions in the box were pretty clear and easy to understand. I don't think there's a lag and the sound and picture quality are the same as plugging it in. Some mention that it warms up but I haven't noticed that. But I haven't driven hours with it on to test it.

I guess I bought into the marketing materials and high reviews. This one is just as crappy as the one I had before. It isn't instantaneous and it sometimes doesn't connect. Just like my last one from another manufacturer. I assumed this one would be better as it cost more and had great marketing copy. I know it isn't my car because when I hook my phone up directly, it is instantaneous and always connects. I gave it 3 stars because it works fine when it works.

I was so excited to get this in my car. Set up was super simple and compatible with my phone and car. After a few months of use it suddenly stopped connecting. I reached out to the seller and they were extremely helpful with making sure it was fixed! Very pleased and will buy again.
