It is so much better for many apps to have a proper keyboard to use, and use all the screen real estate for display - and of course you still have the iPad touch screen to use for gestures too. The iPad fits on easily with the magnetic flap, and is held nice and firm - the angle is adjustable too.The keyboard pairs easily and has a few very nice features - the keys are large, and have good gaps to prevent mistyping, and are also backlit (with controllable dimming) so you can use it in low light without needing task lighting to see the keys. You can also use the fn +magix wand keys to change the colour of the backlighting - I thnk the red is super cool. I like the fact there is a large trackpad too.Overall the feel is of a very high quality product, and it doesn't feel out of place in the apple ecosystem. The case is strong and sturdy in use and not at all flimsy.I'm very happy with the product and rate it five stars. The price at the time of review was around £93 which includes a 15% promo discount - a pretty fair price when you consider the quality you are getting.

This is a real top quality keyboard and case. It nearly converts your ipad to a laptop with the keyboard function in this case. The case and keyboard are well made and great quality, and the magnet holds the ipad very securely - i haven't had any issues with the magnet, which to be honest i was a bit wary about initially. A really decent keyboard.

Yes, it’s a keyboard, and yes, it does the job you expect. It feels quite well made and sturdy. The keys feel solid and it is very responsive.What I don’t like about it (and I’m not suggesting it’s falsely advertised) is that it doesn’t charge the iPad when you plug it in, it’s not a British keyboard layout, the function keys aren’t separate like on the OG magic case, and maybe this is a little fussy, but it’s rather loud. The keys are just about bearable, but the click on the mouse is ridiculous.I’ve already arranged to return.

I kind of grabbed the HOU keyboard case for ipad as an impulse purchase, as I liked the rgb lighting on the keyboard. It has a cantilever style case design, so the case only opens about 75% of the way, the top of the case then shifts into a more comfortable viewing angle. Now while this case is useful for ipad 11 inch tablets (2024). I was able to utilise this on my new 11 inch android tablet. Strangely enough even the camera was in the right place. However unlike ipad android tablets wont utilise the magnetic feature of the case, so it wont hold, I basically used some doublesided tape and voila, works well.The RGB element is nice, you can change the color from, red, green, blue, purplish colors, to fade in or out and off too. The HOU keyboard case also has a trackpad, but on android tablets this is reversed and I havent figured out how to change this, but you can always disable it if you dont need it. It has most standard buttons, including a bluetooth pairing button, brightness and a dedicated color button. The keyboard itself is not bad to type on, however it is slightly smaller than a standard layout, so you may find you need to adjust slightly. I would probably say its more like a 75% version of a keyboard layout.Its a great keyboard, able to be recharged using the provided cable and has an on off switch as well. Its usefulness is to turn an ipad into a mini basic laptop for writing on, but if you have a matching android tablet, can be utilised for that too, as the bluetooth syncs just fine on either.Please note: That the unit is designed for ipad pro 11 inch 2024, although it works for android, it WILL NOT stick without velcro or double side tape of a magnetic sticker. This is by design.Pros: Rgb, adjustable keyboard case, trackpad, most standard buttons, cantilever design case.Cons: If used on android works fine, but the trackpad is reversed in use. syncs fine otherwise.
