I was skeptical at first but these nose clips actually work! They are soft flexible and easy to insert. My partner noticed a huge difference in my snoring from the first night.

Effectiveness: All these clips have one basic problem, they don't stick properly to the nose, as in the magnet strength is average so it falls off. Every morning, you have to fish the clip out of your bedsheet/pillow. Clip itself is a good instrument if it sticks
