je roule en vélo depuis 50 ans et c'est bien le seul produit qui me convient pour faire mon tour de vélo 65km sans problème le produit est super agréable en bouche en cas de fatigue il me rebouste et je fais ma sortie vélo ave un grand plaisir

Geschmacklich sehr gut, finde es super, dass man die verschiedenen Geschmacksorten so ausprobieren kann oder einfach etwas Abwechslung beim Sport hat. Ich nutze es für Läufe über 10km und es hilft mir sehr. Aufmachen geht einfach, auch mit Handschuhen. Einzig, dass man dann das Schippelchen einzeln hat.... aber für mich nicht zu schlimm. Passt nur auf, als ich es bestellt hatte waren die Versandkosten sehr hoch.

Use these on longer runs. Like having multiple smaller boxes as I can store the others and have an open box available. Great value for money. The gels themselves are good quality, last a long time, and keep your energy levels going during long runs. Easy to use, just try not to get them too wet as you might struggle then, but you can always rip them open with teeth when running. Particularly like the pink grapefruit flavour.

Used them for training and half marathon, great to keep me going.
