I find this to be more effective than most nasal sprays. Since I broke my nose (at age 78) and decided not to fix it. I have a little a bit of a deviated septum. With this Inhaler, I use deeply inhale on one side then the other. if I am feeling particularly stuffie I do the process one more time. this usually Lasts a good 24 hours .As I said at the beginning; more effective than most nasal sprays.
