Spacegoods Astro Dust has been a great addition to my nighttime routine. It helps me relax quickly, and my sleep quality has definitely improved, I’m waking up feeling more refreshed. You can mix it with water, but it tastes much better with milk. Cozy, calming, and genuinely helpful for winding down.

I often find it hard to wind down at night and never seem to get a full night sleep, I tend waken up a few times during the night so I was on the look out for something that would help improve my sleep pattern and improve my quality of sleep, and so far I am seeing the benefits of it from feeling more relaxed to having a much better sleep and wakening up feeling more energised and ready for the day ahead. The drink itself is quite nice, it's almost like a chocolate cocoa, so it's pleasant to drink, it is a little sweet, but that doesn't bother me. The resealable bag doesn't seal very well, so I put mine in a sandwich bag just so it doesn't spill all over the place, but other than tha,t it's a great product for improving sleep and helping to relax better.

I was initially skeptical of a "mushroom blend," but the Chocolate Flavour is rich and comforting, it genuinely tastes great. The main benefit I've noticed is the quality of my sleep. I feel I achieve a deep sleep and wake up feeling more rested and less anxious. My body and mind feel thoroughly soothed, making the early mornings feel much easier. Really interesting drink! The flavour was chocolatey but with something extra, but not mushroomy if thay makes sense. Marking down 1 star purely as I had some trouble getting it to fully mix. I'd recommend using a shaker or a small electric stick milk frother style mixer to get this blended well or its a little difficult to stir up in a glass with a spoon. Definitely makes for a nice evening drink and looking forward to seeing how it works for me and the health benefits! Also 10/10 quality packaging, very pretty and definitely will keep the powder fresh.

Yuck! I liked Spacegoods Rainbow dust and thought this would taste similiar, but this Astro Dust is sickly sweet. I couldn't drink even 1 cup of it and its gone in the bin. I don't know what I was thinking spending this much on glorified cocoa. I've now found its better to just have plain cocoa mixed with milk and hot chocolate... its much much cheaper and at least you know what is in it!

It’s like someone that has never tasted chocolate, described chocolate flavour to a deaf person. It taste awful! That’s £30 in the bin.

Has slightly improved my sleep quality more than 50% of the time. Noticeably better an hour before bed, and a couple of hours after dinner. The v1.0 taste was better than the current version, which also smells worse and is harder to drink. It’s moderately effective, reasonable value for money at under £1 per serving, but as the current version is not as good as the old (and at least one ingredient is in lower quantity), I won’t be renewing my subscription.

I initially got this as I previously ordered the pink one that helped a lot with focus at work. I didn't realize initially that this blue version is specifically to make you calm and to be taken before bed. It did have a calming effect, but I was still able to work with it. Also, I like the chocolate taste. Only 1 spoon needed.
