Ihave not long had major surgery & lost a great deal of weight. Along with my usual (small atm) meals I take these nutritional drinks. They are very tasty are helping me to gain weight.

I used this at some point when I couldn't eat and it helped me maintain weight. Taste isnt bad at all in some of it flavour. I have only tried 2 though.

Ensure Dietary supplement drinks. These can come in a variety of flavours. Some thoiugh, like vanilla and banana, are verry mucha matter of taste. Are supposed tro contain all the nutrients to help you keepa balance diet. i was advised, by a Dietician, that you would need to drink at least 6 of these to enable that. Thhe standard bottle is 200 mls, and the liquid has a thicker than water consistenc. I speak from experience when I say that it is quite hard to drink 6 of these in a day. however, all is not last. They produce a smaller bottle with the same nutriends but, of course, the fuid content is much thicker. In some parts of Scotland, these drinks can only prescribed free by Dieticians, where is other parts, GPs can prescribe it. It took me a long while to persuafe a dietician that a four stone weight drop might be something you want to prescribe these to help with. You can buy them without presscrription, but they are not cheap.
