love love love Chi. This color is super pretty!! i’ve had my old chi flat iron for 10 years and it finally started to stop working sorta. it heats up very very very slowly and sometimes not at all… so it was time to get a new one. I’m so happy i got this pink/peachy/coral color one.. i’ve been wanting this one for a while. so happy it was on sale :)

Works well, but I feel like it's causing static with my hair.

I bought this for my granddaughter. She has had a similar one before, but I think she likes this one better. Of course, her other one is old. I hope this one lasts as long as her other one did.

When they say all things are made cheap now a days...man are they not lying. I have owned a chi and only use these straightners since I was 15 years old. I am now 32. My one that lasted 6 years finally died so I went and ordered one just like it. Man does it feel cheap it gets caught in my hair...and it barely straightens and left my hair so frizzy and static. I am super sad about this. I only used it one time so I am going to try it once more before I decide if I am returning it. I ordered the protection plan because I don't think this thing will even last a year. Super disappointed. Guys beware Chi is not what it used to be!!!

I like the size particularly the length because I have shoulder issues and I have a curling iron that is just too long for my limited reach but I can easily use this flat iron. I also like the width since I have thinner hair that is almost shoulder length it seems to fit my hair easily. And it is easy to store.2. It has ceramic plates which I have read cause less damage to hair.3. It is fast heating. Actually it is almost instantaneous. Since my hair is thin I always use the lowest heat setting on any hair appliance. No need to wait even a couple of minutes for this to get hot for the low setting. I tested the full range of temperatures and it will get very hot quickly. 4. Easy on and off switch and a dial type of temperature setting. At first I missed having a digital number or a hot, hotter or hottest type of button. But since I am the only one who uses this flat iron the dial remains where I used it last time so it is one less thing to push or click.5. The cord swivels.6. It’s pink🌸.

When I was in high school CHI straighteners were so cool. If you had one, you were so cool too! I finally have one. It’s great! I like it! The super cute coral pink color makes me smile. It’s a beautiful and happy color. The straighter itself is nice. It straightened my hair well and didn’t dry it out. The controls on the side were easy to figure out and use. It was a comfortable size to fit in my hands and the adjustable heat levels are great! Did I mention the color is beautiful! My high school self is so happy to finally have a CHI.

Good straightener but I hate the angled swivel cord because it keeps causing the straightener to fall off the counter.

MANY decades ago my first flat iron was a high end CHI tool. It worked really well. It felt heavy duty, safe and durable. Once it finally died I no longer liked the CHI brand options. They were very cheaply made compared to my original, but since they still wanted top dollar for them I went to another brand. That one is now on it's last legs so I decided to give CHI a try again.They have clearly dropped their price point and this iron has basic, non-fancy controls to match that change. But it works well and is a super cute color. It seems more durable than the last time I looked at CHI. It is undersized for my needs since I have a ton of hair. The plates are shorter and narrower than my current iron. However, the smaller size makes it nice for traveling. I don't think it will become my daily tool, but it is definitely a nice iron to have on hand for taking on the go. If you have thin or short hair it would be fine as a daily use tool, but for long, thick haired girls it will take forever to finish all of your hair.
