This thing is bitchin! I’ve had an old shark wet mop that I’ve used for probably 15 years. I never thought I’d find anything that could beat it, at least I haven’t been able to - until now. The shark Hydro duo not only takes me seconds to set up, but I love the fact that you can pull it all apart and clean it very easily and put it back together within a matter of a minute or two - and the very best part? The cleaning fluid is very concentrated and takes very little; the sample pack that comes with the unit will probably last me two or three months, and I normally mop almost daily as I have two cats. So I had gone ahead and bought a case of the cleaner concentrate and I should be good for at least next year or two… it’s quiet, charges quickly, is compact, and if you had to leave it out in public view, it’s actually a really nicely designed piece of equipment. A bargain at twice the price, I could not be any happier with my new shark duo!!!

It’s easy to use, light the light that shows the dirty stuff. Like the duo system. Easy to clean. Keep in mind it’s a small duo and it’s not strong enough to clean as it’s advertised. Also big minus is that it’s only for hard wood, tiles but not for rugs. Do not know how people given 5 star for this. I’m debating should I keep it or return and get stronger duo.

It is not at all what it's advertising. This is not a vacum but a fancier push brom combined mop. The price should be lower than this for what it is. If anything is around a base bord or wall it will not pick it up. I can not stand it and i feel cheated. I am stuck with it because I opened it.

The teacher I work with bought this for our room and it is so easy to use and works so well that I had to have one at home to replace my more expensive Hoover vacuum that has been a disappointment since purchase.For the price this is so beyond expectations!Why I love it:- light that shows where I’m vacuuming- super easy to assemble and switch parts. I didn’t even need the instructions because it’s so simple.- not a million parts, but does include the exact parts I need and wanted in a cordless vacuum.-looks expensive.- it works well!-comes in different colors that are prettyI can’t speak on battery life because I have a small-ish house and I keep my vacuums on the chargers. That light on the front makes you wanna never stop cleaning because it shows everything…. It sounds weak, but it does the job.

I am so happy I purchased this! I have used it on hardwood and tile floors. I have two dogs and live in an old historic house. Between my dogs and just regular dust I struggle with my floors. I am disabled and getting down to clean up messes is challenging for me. Love the battery life on this it does quick on the spot cleans I even did my whole 2 story 2 bedroom apartment on one battery and tanks only had to dumb tank 3 times only thing I wish was bigger was the dirty water tank is super small

I had higher hopes for the product, the vacuum isn’t very strong and doesn’t pick up very well, I found myself having to go over the same location a few times. When using as a mop + vacuum it does the job, however it doesn’t scrub the floors in anyway. It’s a good size, easy to follow instructions, and not very loud.
