Wagh Bakri Tea 1kg Jar

Once you've brewed up some Wagh Bakri you'll never miss the taste of teabags again. Guaranteed. OK, so possibly the only thing I miss about teabags is standing three metres away from the mug, teabag rolled up and held like a dart to see how many goes it took to get the bag into the mug before the kettle boiled. The memory of that pleasure has almost faded away. I was converted 18 months ago in one enlightened afternoon in the garden of my in/out-laws being served the best cuppa of my life, to realise that this experience could be consistenly repeated many times over in the comfort of my own home. Since departing the tea bag trail without a backward glance, other friends and family members have become staunch supporters of the Wagh Bakri blend. Full of flavour, deeply comforting and yet refreshing in one gulp.

So pleased to have found this available in the UK - pounced & bought a huge tub when I spotted it on here - what a treat. Thank you.

Good Product

This one is a staple for me. I know it is ethically sourced. Large packing means more environment friendly. Perfect for that Indian Kadak Chai. Fast delivery.

Very rich flavour for tea lovers. I loved it personally, add other spices ie ginger and cardamom to get an authentic flavour but even without those spices I find it very authentic.

I've been purchasing this for years. Authentic taste for chai.

If you love traditional Indian chai - just go for it with eyes closed.

Makes a good strong brew with some taste. Not so fond of the plastic container but contents are good.
