I find this an excellent shape wear for the comfort it gives as it provides me great value for the money spent. The material is really stretch. I wear a size L but downsized to medium for extra firmness and to my greatest surprise I could wear it all day with no discomfort at all. The length is extremely perfect for me and I chose the beige colour. I recommend this to anyone who wants to solve both the tummy tucking and underwear issues in one and same product.

I have been wearing women's shapewear knickers for a couple of years now and , despite being male and not in need of tummy or butt control, I find them indispensable.My niche use for these garments is for gym wear. When in my home gym I wear them on their own but if in the holiday hotel I will put a loose fitting pair of shorts over the top. I started to use them just to give my small hernia some extra support when working out but soon discovered that they were very effective at keeping my sensitive bits out of harms way of the exercise bike saddle which would otherwise inflict serious discomfort.I do like this particular set with their high waist as that means I can roll it down and give added support. The long legs also stops the material inching up when I am on my rower, stepper or bike. The panelling in the stomach area is quite an effective way of stopping my hernia from popping out when I use my weights machine.These are not the cheapest shapewear pants that I own but they are well designed, well made, and effective at what they do and so I feel they are worth the £16.99 asking price.
