Beautifully Fragrant and Meaningful
The HalleluYAH Rose of Sharon anointing oil is a lovely product. The fragrance is soft and floral, creating a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. Knowing it’s made in Israel adds a meaningful touch, especially for prayer or special ceremonies. The packaging is simple yet elegant, and the oil feels high quality. My only wish is for a slightly larger bottle for the price. Overall, it’s a beautiful and thoughtful item for personal or gifting purposes!

Extremely Strong Artificial Scent
This oil is nicely packaged. You get a pretty decent quantity for the price. The bottle may not look very large but you don't even need a whole dab to fill up a whole room- this is not an exaggeration. I don't think I've ever encountered a perfume that was so intense. For reference, my parter walked past me while I was wearing it, pulled a face, and exclaimed: "What IS that?" It's not that the scent was unpleasant, it's just so intense.Personally, I didn't care for the scent. I was expecting it to have a more natural essential oil scent profile. This reads more like a very strong floral perfume. That said, I can see how this would have its uses. If you want just a dab to last all week this will do the trick. It also perfumes large spaces well, which could be useful in certain circumstances.Overall, I can't knock the quality as a perfuming agent. Just be aware that it's more of a powdery bouquet than the natural scent of flowers.

Contains nothing that didn't exist in ancient times except a preservative.
That FDA approved preservative (BHT) is added to most foods and many other things to prevent oil from becoming rancid. From the box ingredients which I researched:Olive oil. Duh. I think they had olives and were known to burn the oil in lamps. It grew in the Mediterranean wild as far back as 8000 BC and an edible variety cultivated around 3150 BC.Soybean oil is thought to be edible in China, Japan and Korea by 7000 BC. In Egypt, it was allowed to get moldy and used as a medicine for flesh wounds.Capric triglyceride is from palm oil and is a component in the milk and fat of various mammals. Up to 15% of goat milk contains it. It is used as an antibiotic, a fungicide and also in perfumes.Eugenol is found in clove oil at concentrations from 83 to 95%. It's also found in cinnamon, nutmeg and basil. It's used as an anesthetic, antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.Linalool is a naturally occurring alcohol from lavender and coriander which is also anti-everything it seems. It also imparts a fruity quality to whatever it's in.Geraniol is from rose oil, palmarosa oil and citronella oil. It has a rose-like scent and is also produced in the scent glands of honeybees to mark nectar-producing plants and to find the entrance to their hive.Citronellol is natural and used in perfumes and is in citronella oil as an insect repellent.Sounds fit for a king and sort of authentic, doesn't it? I'm PROUD to own this annointing oil from antiquity with such a link to history. We like the light, rosy aroma, but that's us. The BHT will preserve it for a time, but not forever (although with all the "anti" properties I don't see how this stuff could "go bad"). I do feel just to be on the safe side UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone use this product in a misguided attempt to treat or cure any illness! See your doctor if you're desperate enough to misuse a perfumed mix of oils. Probably wouldn't taste good, anyway.

Anointing Oil
I had no idea that anointing oil was olive oil with added essential oil or fragrance, I guess I assumed it was fancier oil, especially for the price. I gifted this to my uncle who is a Christian pastor to use during his services and home visits to members of his church.

Disappointing and Overpriced
I was disappointed to find that this anointing oil is just artificial fragrances, not real frankincense and myrrh. For the price, I expected more authentic ingredients, especially since it’s made in Israel. The listed ingredients confirm it lacks essential oils, which makes it feel overpriced. If you’re looking for something more genuine, this may not be it.

Very Nice Rose of Sharon Oil Scented With "GERANIOL"
This HalleluYAH Anointing Oil from Israel - Rose of Sharon Anointing Oil from Jerusalem Total Amount 1oz Anointing Oil Made in Israel is sold by:"HalleluYAH" a business that is based in: "ISRAEL".This HalleluYAH Anointing oil is manufactured in Israel and seems to be a high quality in my honest opinion!! It has a delightful 'rose fragrance' that I believe comes from the ingredient: "Geraniol' that is one of the listed ingredients on the box of the product. Geraniol is the primary component of rose oil. Although they list 'fragrance' on the label also, I believe that Geraniol is the 'primary' rose scent that you smell in this nice product!Rose of Sharon anointing oil symbolizes Jesus.Although the listing states '1 ounce' the bottle is much larger than one ounce! Glad it is 'larger' and not 'smaller'!
