The media could not be loaded. This callus remover is very good. First because is powerful despite its tiny size, there are 2 level of work. There is a waterproof compartment that can be washed. In order to turn off, it's necessary hold the power button as showed in video. I recommend and would buy again if necessary.

I just received my callous remover. I have been trying everything to get rid of the callous on my heels. Nothing has worked so I was excited to see if this one would do the job. IT DID… I highly recommend it. I would say the only drawback would be lack of explicit directions. Otherwise thumbs up 👍

It came with a cord that doesn't fit it, so I can't charge it. It isn't a standard USB cord, either. I didn't save the box (it showed up when I was trying to get recycling out), so can't return it. Ugh. How do they package it with the wrong cord? Don't waste your money!

This is a great little item .... easy to use, does what it's supposed to do and the extra foot tools come in very handy!
