WARNING This will raise your cholesterol and your LDL( which is your bad cholesterol) to very high levels and decrease your HDL (which is your good cholesterol) which will cause liver damaged. I would not take this supplement if you high cholesterol.

If you're a non transitioning male dealing with male pattern pattern baldness and your research led you to this product, then the research would be incorrect. What you're really looking for in this supplement is the Saw Palmetto ingredient which is the active part of this product that helps fight against thinning/receding hair. You can get that by its own at various pharmacy stores and places like Walmart. 450-500mg will suffice. Using this can cause serious health problems in the long term if you're doctor didn't specifically prescribe this to you or not transitioning.

I wanted to control my facial hair. This product slows the facial growth but it doesn't control it. It didn't change my period neither, I heard that this could regulate the menstrual period but it didn't work for me.

Well— I finally found something that works. I am 26 year old female and have struggled with acne on and off since puberty basically. I have been through every acne facial program there is to try and nothing has worked quite so well as this supplement. No smell, no taste or burping up of any kind. Seems pretty gentle on the stomach. They’re a bit expensive but I started off with a low dose and increase to the amount noted on the bottle. Once everything was in control, I take one pill per day now to maintain. I had painful cystic acne and ever since I started this supplement I have maybe had one or 2 with the use of about 4 bottles now. AND the ones I do get aren’t nearly as bad. I can’t attest to how it works for anything else, but I know for acne—- it worked. Thank god.
