I have very dark hair naturally, too dark for a box dye to achieve better than ginger/orange results. (Been dying my hair blonde for 16 years)Anyway, I've used it twice now, and it actually made my roots blonde!It's very easy to put on, feels oil based so easy to run through your hair / does not have a drying matting effect when applied. Product came out of date, I didn't realise till I mixed it and saw it was bright orange!! This time I ordered Light Golden Brown!!! Luckily I didn't put it in my hair before I read the date on the box. Never mind it dying my hair the wrong colour, i could of had any reaction to the out of date chemicals if i did put it on!! Just be careful

Covers grey hair well. The ash colour washes out after a few washes leaving a nicer golden blonde shade. It also lightens the hair by a couple of shades each time it’s used. So if you’re a light brown/dark blonde and wish to go lighter, this will be perfect.

Great for the price, lasts about a month id say before you need to redye, even on light brown/blonde hair, looks black for the first couple weeks, even then it never really goes brown. I love it, but if you don’t want black hair, I don’t recommend. Also, just apply it with your hands the applicator is dumb, I literally mix the chemicals in my hands (with gloves) and it also stains skin for like1week at least even with daily showers
