I have no idea why people have complained about this dryer. It gets very hot, it adjusts. It works perfectly. I will say this,van easy way to adjust it.If you're having difficulty is to sit the dryer on the floor put your foot on the base and pull it up or down, it's a very minor inconvenience. I'm VERY satisfied with it!!

The dryer works great! The multiple heat settings is an added value but the sound is very loud.

Perfect for drying my curls in the winter when I dont feel like diffusing. I've also used this to dry twists and roller sets. It's even more useful if you have a standing desk to adjust the height with. I love how compact it is.

This item is perfect for home hair drying. The price is really good. It gets super hot and the airflow penetrates to the scalp. If you have curly hair that needs to be dried without being touched this is the right tool. I have super curly hair and it takes forever to dry my hair. This is great because the airflow does not disturb my curls and it allows me to work on my laptop and wear earphones while my hair dries. It gets really hot but also blow at cooler temps. great for setting curls, deep conditioning and getting your hair dry quickly( especially helpful in winter or when you want to wash your hair in the evening and go to bed. It folds up to stow away in the cabinet or closet,

This doesn’t really diffuse, just blows from the back. But still dries the top of your head I guess. I also have trouble knowing where to store it & am going to try a cap diffuser.

I had a perm done a while ago and I got tired of using a diffuser on my hair. It just took so long and it just didn’t seem to work right. My hair did not come out looking like I wanted it too. So I thought maybe this would help as usually the airflow is gentle and I’m not constantly touching my hair with the diffuser on my dryer. I absolutely love it! I get my hair looking like I want it while it’s damp, using product and stuff like that, and I sit under this dryer for about 15 minutes, possibly longer if my hair is quite wet, and when I use a large tooth comb to take the cast off of my hair, it comes out looking just like I want it to! It’s soft and the waves/curls are defined, not frizzy! I do not usually use the hottest setting, because it does get very hot. And it is nice that you can turn down the heat to actually set your curls or waves with the coolest setting. And, most importantly, the bonnet of this dryer is huge so I can get my big head into it. Lol.
