What I like about this bar is that it is simple, small enough for young children and I can promise you they love it! But I would remind people that this is a "first" bar, and not one that I would buy for a serious gymnast, even one that was young or small. A "Real" bar is made of wood, and has flex, but this is a made of metal, and in my mind better for my purpose. You can also hang a small baby swing from it, but we haven't tried that just yet. Perfect for a home daycare or large playroom. Just be clear what you are looking for (don't expect a 6 year old serious gymnast to find this like the one in his/her gym). It's also great that it folds and stores, I really want the option to pick up and put away to clear floor space easily. I don't like that they don't tell you what size mat to put under it, and I suppose I need to explore that more. Right now we are using a "spare" mat that is working but not sized as correctly as I would like. DO NOT USE WITHOUT A MAT! There is NO WAY this is safe without a mat! Otherwise...2 thumbs up!

The product has been so much fun for my kiddos - 1 year old and 4 years old. My daughter immediately started flipping over the bar on her own. My 1 year old likes to hang from the bar and also loves to sit in a swing using the bar and swing hooks. Totally safe and sturdy. We had an issue with one of the knobs. The part that you pull to adjust the bar broke but it did not compromise the safety of the product - we just needed to use a wrench to pull out the knob. Reliancer was immediately responsive to my complaint and sent a replacement part that arrived within just a few days by FedEx. And, they sent two replacement parts! Wow. Needless to say I am impressed at the response/customer service. Will be ordering more products from this company, for sure.

Got this as a bday gift for my tall 6 yr old who just started gymnastics and is obsessed. We have a small space so although this is not as heavy duty as some other bars, I love that this folds up for storage and has a smaller footprint when open. It was super easy to put together. 6 screws and that's it. It is just about 3 ft wide and I wanted a thick 4 inch mat underneath but it was hard to find one that wasn't too wide (4ft) or too narrow (2ft). I found this 3'x6' one for around $100 which was great and fit perfectly. This gymnastics bar has worked perfect for us. We bought it for our 9 year old daughters birthday. There was a small issue and customer service was great and got everything straighten out quickly. This bar is fairly sturdy, if the kids run and jump to it it bobbles a bit but does not flip over. I have 2 Nine year olds, a 4 yr old, and a 2 yr old. They all enjoy playing on the bar. They are building up their strength also and staying active even though they don’t realize it. My 9 year old daughter uses it to practice her gymnastics skills. They all love it! I also love it because I can fold it and put it up when not in use, or when I need the kids to do other things.

We got this so our kids would have an indoor exercise option and it has worked out well. They love swinging from it and climbing it. Our twin girls are 7 years old and about 50 pounds and other than having to tighten the screws every few weeks it has held up well.But it maxes out at about 4 feet in height (51" to be exact) and one girl's knees are already close to the floor when she hangs from it. We'll soon have to get a bigger one and you might want to think about just getting one that's 5' or 6' tall from the start.

I recently signed my daughter up for gymnastics. She immediately said the bars were her favorite part, but was not confident to do much on them. One of the moms recommended this bar, so I bought it for Easter. We have had it for about a week and my daughter has done about 1000 flips over the bar. Mind you, she was afraid to flip for the first two days. But once she figured it out, she didn't stop. She now flips over and over and over again. I am so happy with this purchase. I also needed to contact customer service and they were almost immediate with their response and solution. Would definitely order from them again.

When the item arrived the adjustment knobs had one cracked off and one cracked but not broken off. I contacted the seller who requested pictures and once sent resolved our issue immediately by sending two new adjustment knobs that were packaged so well with bubble wrap nothing could have broken them in transit. There would be nothing worse then getting a gift for your birthday and then having someone take it back to return it. Thank you to the seller for their quick action. Our granddaughters (5 and 3) are loving the gymnastics bar so that they can practice at home. Sturdy and we purchased a nice padded mat to up under it. Good product.

Bought this for my daughter in March 2020, which was THE BEST timing because a few days later the world shut down…. Anyways, my daughter was 9 years old at the time, and has loved using this bar for gymnastics and as a frame for fort building! Over 2 years later and it’s still as good as new! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a more affordable option for your child to have some gymnastics fun at home!
