Mixed reviews but
This has mixed reviews but I took a chance and I don't regret it. The wood is a soft type of wood so might be a problem later on if your bunny gets bored. And the metal fencing part is very filmsy so also might be a problem later on maybe. It was easy to put together but I do recommend having an extra set of hands and took my husband and me about 45 mins to maybe an hour as we made a few mistakes that were easily fixed. It's a decent size and I have 2 baby buns in it along with their litter box, hay feeder, water bowl, and food dishes. They have plenty of room to zoom a bit and are pretty comfortable with sleeping in it. Also got a play pen so they have extra room to play.

Great hutch - worth the assembly effort
Perfect hutch for our beardie! Love the plastic trays … thinking of putting in sand on the top one - covering the bottom big one with reptile carpet and leaving the bin under the hutch open for warm water.Top hutch is roomie and will get some ledges stuck to the walls soon. Big cage section has lots of space to hang hammocks and other enrichment items.A few caveats …If you don’t have a slow speed screw gun - do it by hand as the high speed ones will tear into the very light wood.Only screw down the spine of the roof - this allows you to get into the top hutch hutch and clean/decorate or play with your animal. The instructions are decent - but the pics are everything everywhere all at once … I found it easier to dry fit the hutch pieces together (there are dowels already inserted) and laying on its side, balanced between 2 chairs. Then it was easy to hand screw the screws and quick to build.Latches are tricky if not paying attention to the direction the doors open - as we did and finally got it right on the third try.Check out the drill holes on the large screens before assembling the cage part - they connect the cage piece to the hutch - since the pieces are symmetrical, it’s easy to assemble them backwards, as we first did. Also there is a metal ledge to keep the ramp out of the bin. I would advise to put the screw heads on the inside with the bolts and nuts outside of the cage so there are no rough edges. The ramp itself is a bit slick - will put a sisal step cover on it for more traction.I can see this suited for many small pets, but as others commented, it would make sense to cover the drawer sections with wire covers - so the animals don’t sit in their urine. Our beardie only poops once a week - so not an issue for us ;)Lastly some have commented on odors - it was just the asphalt roof tiles - which on their long journey from China to the US, were wrapped in plastic … once we had the hutch outside for a day that scent dissipated.Enjoy your hutch and especially the hours of play you’ll have with your pet.

Smaller than appears in the stock photos.
Smaller than it look in stock photos. It is only of acceptable quality. Assembles easily. Wire screen is tack welded on and very thin. Wood is just a step above balsa wood. All together no issues with assembly as all screws were good quality amd the riveted nuts never slipped or spun.

Cute, sturdy and roomy
It came on time, the directions were step by step and pieces were labeled properly so it was pretty easy to put together. It's super cute and roomy. It's really easy to clean with the multiple drawers that pull out. Me and my bunny love it!

Trays should be stronger even though we have a small bunny.
I liked it until the bunny’s thumping is breaking the trays. The material proved to be fragile. It’s easy to clean it looks great in the room, plenty of space for our mini lop. Need to replace one of the smaller trays.

Worst cage EVER!!!!!
Awful product, and awful design!!!!Decided to try something different for our girls (guinea pigs). Boy did we make a BAD choice not going the C&C route!!!!For starters, the wood is EXTREMELY stinky. I had to unbox outside and leave on our back covered porch for 48 hours so I could TRY to get the smell out. 3 weeks later and it still has a bad odor. The worst part isn't the smell, the worst part is that it does NOT stop the pee and poop from escaping over the edge and onto the floor. Thankfully I change my cage every 2 days for my girls, or else my floors would have been absolutely RUINED!!!!!Also, the doors, locks, and hinges are TRASH!!!! They are flimsy, and do not allow sufficient access.Don't even get me started on the trays!!!!! Let's hope your animals never go to the bathroom. Near the edges!!!! If they do, it will get caked on and make it so you won't be able to get the tray out without a hassle or squishing it all over.Do NOT get this for your pets!!!! Instead go with a C&C cage or self contained cage to save yourself the headache!!!!! Not worth the money, and DEFINITELY not worth the shipping fee!!!!!

As Advertised
The media could not be loaded. This hutch looks great and was easy to assemble. It came well packaged/protected and so even though the outside box was a little damaged, the product itself was in perfect condition for assembly. It says 2 people takes 45 mins and that was exactly right. You just need a drill or a Phillips screwdriver but I advise on the drill ;) perfect for one smallish rabbit as it is not very wide in general. Pull out trays make for easy cleaning, they are lined with some type of nice plastic-type composite, no mesh over top. My rabbit is litter trained so I use the bottom left tray for that. I place a pipi pad there with some hay on top. She only steps on blankets so I lined the rest with pieces I cut to fit. I leave one small door open so she can hop in and out for more room to exercise. She is still getting used to it and has not tried the ramp to upstairs yet. Yes, she chews on it - it's wood after all! Well made, sturdy enough for indoor use or temporary, semi-supervised outdoor ( balcony or porch ).

Absolutely perfect!
Set this up for my daughter for Easter. Took me half hour by myself dunking a coffee. Very simple assembly of unit. Box came damaged but contents fines. Cage was bent out on one small section but unscrewed block on one side and bent it back and it’s brand new. All parts there and looks great. Do not use a drill if your not good with one as the wood will crack with ignorance as I see from other reviews. Fast shipping! I got one happy kid! Thanks!

Great idea, poor performance.
The completed cage LOOKS nice, and it is good design CONCEPT.However, the wood is just stained grey, it's not weather proofed / water proof. The grey stain was even flaking off as we put it together or as soon as we opened the box.As for the rabbits, they liked the layout and explored and looked happy. THEN we heard a noise we never heard before. The rabbits started to bite up the cage on the inside. The strips of wood on the inside are made of dry and cheap wood. They can destroy it and potentially escape. I don't know why the inside parts were not coated with a plastic or thin sheet metal edging to avoid the ability to chew their way out.We took the rabbits out and will be reselling this cage to someone else and warn them. Our rabbits never bit up their former wood hutch we built them from 2X4 etc. They never bit up anything other than a telephone cord once. This hutch might be good for hamster or Guinea pigs, or birds. We were thinking to keep it for a couple Pidgeons we have but the city bilaw here says no fowl or pens outdoors. This isn't weather proofed anyways so I wouldn't keep it outdoors, but if I could it could be interpreted as a violation of that bilaw. This is why I will have to resell it.This was a total WASTE OF MONEY and not worth the price. I should have bought an all metal or all plastic cage.
