I’m really attracted to these magnets.
Bought this pack. Not cheap at all but there’s nothing worse than a swinging hydro pack mouthpiece. Road tested on a 14 miler and the strength of the magnets surprised me. Once your mouthpiece and the strap magnets are connected, they ain’t going anywhere unless you want a drink. Very happy.

Convenient
I seem to have misplaced the one that I had. I'm preparing for backpacking a LDFP and realised that I would miss the convenience of this simple way to stow my drink tube whilst on the go.Not cheap, but effective. Now fitted on two backpacks.

Great idea from Osprey. Stops the tube from the Hydropack from hanging loose.

Not well designed
Strange how poorly these have been designed, given how fantastic the actual hydration packs and all their other gear is. These basically clip onto the chest strap of other backpacks you want to use the hydration pack with, but the gaps you slide it on with are too big (you can see them in the product image), so they forever come detached and fall off. Tried with 3 bags, including an Osprey one.

Just like the original
It's exactly like the same as the original. It's fits snug enough but I still managed to loose it. Well at least now I have a few spares just in case.
