Easy to take tablet with no aftertaste or side effects. I find Biotin beneficial for maintaining healthy hair and nails. Great product for strengthening hair and nails, and my hair is so much thicker. they are easy to swallow and great value for money.

Had this previously and wasn't sure it was doing anything ,so stopped taking it Then I noticed a change so have strarred taking it agai n !

After six months my hair has never been this long so can only assume it is this product that has helped. My nails have shown a little improvement, but are still brittle and break easily, but I’m really pleased with my hair! I’d recommend this product without a second thought.

La verdad que llevo un par de meses tomándolo y ya he notado una gran diferencia. Había pasado por un periodo de anemia y postoperatorio muy duro y el pelo empezó a caerse de manera brutal. Por suerte la biotina va haciendo su efecto y la caída ha frenado al 90%. Buenas y baratas. Las recomiendo!!
