I have been taking for just a couple of weeks so can not see a difference in sweating as yet but I know it takes longer for supplements to go to work. The smell is really bad, but I always take it with food and lots of water. The size of the pill is great, very small, easy to get down. Color is clear.. Once I have taken it for a month or two, I will be able to say if it really works for sweating.
