I have used and continue to use Weston rolls since I initially ran out of FoodSaver rolls. Weston rolls have fantastic quality year after year.

Have a Weston vacuum machine and these always seal well.

These are very nice. They seal without a problem, excluding human error. My mother in-law was happy with them and when mamas happy, well you know the rest. They are quite large and not suitable for single serving frozen foods (mother in-law freezes single servings), but they do work great for medium sized roast. I did cut these bags in half lengthwise (ran out of the 8") and sealed the edges to create a smaller bag, worked great, but it was a little time consuming. The biggest human error is not freezing foods prior to use (seems a waste of time) however if the bags are wiped of moisture on the inner aspect where sealing takes place they seal everytime. I personally loved using this product and have recomended it to others that own sealing machines. By the way, all the bags seem interchangeable with differnet machines and these are a nice quality for less cost.

They're "stiffer" than the FoodSaver rolls. I guess it's because they're a thicker ply, I don't know. But, they don't work as well as the FoodSaver rolls because the plastic seems to leave pockets of air around the food because it's so thick. Also, I have had a couple of bags not seal properly and had to re-do it. So, there's a waste right there. I was hoping that the thicker plastic would prevent sharp bones from piercing the bag, but no. I still have to put parchment wads around sharp edges of steak bones and lobster, etc. So, in the long run, they didn't work for me as well as the FoodSaver brand.

These rolls are the cheaper (bulk price) that I could find of this quality. Plastic is nice and thick, but very see through, which is nice. They work perfectly well in my FoodSaver vacuum sealer. I like that there is no marks or writing space on it. It makes it a good option for packaging your own commercial products, it looks very professional. There are two sides to the roll: a smooth clear side, and a blurry grainy side.

So far so good. Product seems to work well with the Weston Vacuum sealer. We have not used it extensively as of yet.

Best bags out there much better than foodsaver bags, they are tougher and seem to draw more air out than the other bags. You can draw the air out on any side and I have even washed and reused bags that I have not used for meat products.

The Weston vacuum sealer roll bags work really well with our Weston vacuum sealer. We would have given them five stars, but they are not available in our local stores in Canada, only through mail order…a big inconvenience.Surprisingly, despite reviews to the contrary, our remaining supply of Food Saver bags work just fine. We resolved any reported sealing issues by just double sealing each end. If our experiment with Food Saver bags is a success, we'll continue to use them since they are found in many local stores, and go on sale frequently.

The pack was delivered as stated and in excellent condition. The plastic seems to be thinner than the original manufacturer rolls. However, they sealed nicely and seemed to work well. Time will tell in the next few months. I would certainly deal with the vendor again.

Bought it to use with my vacuum sealer. Make sure your bag edge is dry and that any moisture or liquid is far away enough that the suction wont be able to suck the water to the edge within like 20 seconds of the machine running. These bags are heavyweight.

Double sealed beef in bags on both ends and used for sous-vide. Water became beef coloured. Checked in between seals and there was no juice in between the double seals. Believe the bags are thin.

All my bags/food gave way after 2 months in the freezer...thats a lot of wasted time, energy and money!!!
