Je cherchais un sel non raffiné, riche en minéraux, pour remplacer mon sel de table classique et j'ai commandé celui de French Sea Salt Co. Je suis absolument conquis. Goût et Texture : Le goût est bien plus complexe que celui d'un sel de table. La salinité est présente sans être agressive, et on sent de vraies notes minérales qui rehaussent la saveur des aliments. Les cristaux sont grisâtres et légèrement humides, signe de qualité. La texture est croquante à souhait, idéale pour la finition. Utilisation : Je l'utilise principalement en finition : quelques grains sur un steak grillé, une salade de tomates, ou même sur un avocat. Le croquant est incroyable. Je l'ai aussi testé dans ma recette de pain au levain et il enrichit vraiment la saveur de la croûte. Pour une utilisation plus fine (dans une vinaigrette par exemple), je le passe rapidement au mortier. Emballage : Le format de 1/2 lb est parfait pour essayer. Le sachet est solide et se referme. I never knew salt can have a flavor profile until I bought this. I have no other brand to compare it with, but it greatly enhances the flavor of all my savory recipes. Will stand by this brand. Additionally, Celtic sea salt is beneficial to health, unlike table salt and regular sea salt.

I love this salt, it’s so easy and lasts a really long time for me. The quality is great and it makes all my food taste incredible!
