Awesome hat well made. It fits 7 1/4 hat size with no adjustments. It does have adjustable strap if needed.

I work in a diesel shop and this hat is by far the most comfortable and easy fitting hat I've found. Love the Velcro adjustment band on back. I liked it so much, I bought 5 more to wear when I'm not at work.
