Not worth the money and doesn't work!
I had to return this twice. I got this printer to go with my Cassida TillTally Elite. The first one stopped printing all together and the print head was detached on one side(broken.) I had a replacement sent. On the second one the lines that printed were half printed and illegible. Not worth $260!

Works well and saves time. Could be improved.
Printer is what I expected. Reliable. No idea why the fonts print so small. Seems to be room to print a larger font and maybe a total amount that is large and bold. Looks smaller than 10pt font.

You should look at it
The first one that I got came in broken out of the box. The second one is just fine it works good prints good. It's pretty lightweight and I wish it would use a larger roll of paper but I'll keep it

Nice job - Connect 2 Serial Cables to use
Nice small printer... does a great job with the Cassida Cube. However there was nothing clear about connecting it to my Cube... Finally figred out you need to use wires in the cube and the Printer and connect the Serial Ports together. Seems obvious but can be confusing if you don't think about how to do it.

Doesn’t work
The printer stopped working 3 days after the return period. I’ve reached out to cassida over a week ago with no response. Not worth it
