True Kukui nuts!
I use to live on the West Coast where you could get everything islander, but I recently moved to the East Coast and I have a hard time finding ANYTHING. A Polynesian tradition is to have these and Lei's given to someone who graduates and my niece was doing just that. I was responsible for the Kukui nuts and I couldn't find a shop 50 miles within my home that sold them, so I came on Amazon and stumbled upon these. They came quick and in fantastic condition. They are beautiful and well constructed. If this is for a tall, big male, it might be a little too small or it might not hang as low as you wish. Other than that, these are perfect. I will purchase again for the next graduation. Thanks!

Worth the purchase!
Package arrived fast. Product is as described. Ordered the Honu ( turtle) in blue. Painting was perfectly position as to be facing at all angles when worn. Lei survived a first graders luau! Worth the purchase!

Great for graduation - especially to match school colors.
The kukui lei arrived timely and was pkgd well to protect it in shipping. The color matched what I expected and the quality of the paint and each nut was great. I wish it was longer but my fault in not paying attention to the description.
