Q: Can this be used during a tattoo?

it's a small pot so certainly wouldn't last long if used while being tattooed. also it's thick until it warms up. it's after care

Yes Tattoo Aftercare can be used as a daily moisturiser on new and older tattoos. It will keep the skin nourished. There is no UV fade protection. We recommend you use a high factor 30+ sunscreen on all your tattoos when out in the sun.

PRODUCT INGREDIENTS Ingredients : Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil, Cera Alba, Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil. Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Melaleuca Viridiflora Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract. The Aftercare Company use a combination of key ingredients that gives a unique recipe blend for their signature products. The blend of ingredients was chosen because the properties, of each element, when combined with the others creates a synergy of benefits to the skin greater than the qualities of each ingredient on its own. Tattoo Aftercare® contains No Chemical or Paraben Preservatives It is preserved naturally using nature’s shelf life (18 months).

Q: Can i use this on a freshly done tattoo

Hi Jade, yes you can use Tattoo Aftercare on a fresh tattoo. You should leave the cover applied by the tattoo artist for a few hours. Then gently clean your new tattoo with warm water. Carefully dry the area and let it air dry fully for a few minutes. Apply a very light film of aftercare. Repeat the process at night-time. Tattoo Aftercare can then be applied 2-4 times daily depending on how dry the tattooed skin feels. Tattoo Aftercare can also be used after the healing process to moisture and maintain your skin.
