The product does what it says — it clearly showed where plaque was hiding, and it was actually pretty helpful for teaching better brushing habits, especially with kids. The swabs were easy to use, mess-free, and more convenient than the traditional tablets. However, for the price, I expected more value. You only get 20 swabs, and they go fast if you're using them regularly. It feels a bit too expensive for something that’s essentially single-use. Great concept and it worked as advertised, but I personally wouldn’t purchase again — just not cost-effective for the amount you get.

Not very good at all. Directions are very small print and hard to understand. Doesn't work at all, got more red on my fingers than my teeth.

So these don't highlight as much as I remember the chewable tabs doing. Also the warning label on the container warms you not to swallow it so that's kind of concerning especially since it's targeted at children. They work "best" if applied prior to brushing to leave pink dye in the spots that are missed so the kids can see where to focus.

This is a great way to check to make sure your kids are getting all the hard to reach places when brushing. I tested this before brushing my teeth-it brushes away easily with no staining. I then used another swab after brushing and although there was a slightly pink tinge from the solution, it rinsed away without brushing since there was no plaque to stick to.

Oh, the horror. Remember those nasty red tablets your dentist or hygienist would bring and you would have to chew to show the spots on your teeth? Well these are the newest and best way to accomplish the same thing but less easy and way less gross!

Either I'm doing a SUPER GREAT job of flossing and brushing or this product isn't working for me. Even doing (what I consider) a superficial job of brushing on purpose (no flossing), this product didn't show anything.
