Great stretch
My calves were so tight, this is really helping. Folds away for storage.

Well made product
Looks great, I chose this because I didn't like the plastic versions. For me, it's been tricky to use. At work, I find I am pushed away from my desk ( my chair wheels don't lock! ) and if I steady myself my bracing, my posture is severely affected. By stretching out my calves I'm solving one problem but creating another. So I do one foot at a time. Also, my left foot goes numb as I'm not used to the position but that's obviously just me and my anatomy! But my calves definitely feel stretched out after use and I've experienced fewer issues when out running.

Excellent calf muscle stretcher
Good and sturdy with three settings - low, medium and high angle. At first, I though that the high angle was impossibly high and went straight for the medium level. It is easy to use and, in fact, I watch TV while my calf muscles relax so I don't get bored. Eventually after good progress I decided to use the high angle and I do this every day with no problems and by the end of the session my muscles are relaxed. I think that I had gone for many years with increasingly tight muscles and had not realized what was happening. Now much better and I can walk with zero pain/stiffness. I also stretch my hamstrings using a pulley and quads using a towel looped over my ankle.

The board just collapsed under my feet
I'm only 64kg but the board has just collapsed under my feet with the screws all ripping out. This was on the high setting where it would appear the design didn't get passive support from the wedge and was instead relying on the 3 small screws to hold things together. Not good. I also agree with other reviews which note that if you are using this for rehab there are insufficient angles for progression. It has the potential to be a great and safe board but it needs a little more design to make it fail safe. Granted, you will *probably* be ok, as most reviews show, but this case also demonstrates that you might not....

Sturdy, reliable calf stretch apparatus
I have a nerve impingement in my back and possibly also my foot. I need to maintain as much length in my plantar fascia as possible. This board is better than calf stretches off a stair or at floor level using a wall to push against because my painful foot is less impacted whilst maintaining an excellent calf stretch. Only criticism - there are only 3 levels to choose from. I might have liked to have begun with something in between the 1st two levels.

Sturdy, well priced and worth purchasing!
I have been looking for something like this for quite some time! I own a gym and previously purchased the fitter first slant board as it was the only one available (for considerably more money!!!) thankfully at last someone has produced something very similar for a fraction of the cost! I use it for a multitude of purposes, from heel elevated squat variations to calf stretching. It will handle a load of up to 145kg (inclusive of body weight) and is very sturdy. It is a little roughly finished, but personally I don't mind at all. in conclusion, very good value for money and well made.

Best decline board on amazon
So far this works perfectly for what I'm using it for - rehabbing patellar tendonosis. Other products are either made from foam or plastic are not nearly as sturdy nor will they hold your foot in position like the grip tape. Also delivered in 2 days to boot!
