Why can't the laptop connect to the device to display it properly？

1.Please ensure your device has a Thunderbolt 3/4 / USB-C 3.1 (or newer) port that supports Power Delivery (PD), DisplayPort Alt Mode, and full functionality (display + charging + data transfer).

Do macOS laptops support multi-screen extended display? What about Windows?

1. No. Due to chip limitations, macOS laptops only support ABBB mirroring mode.

My laptop requires a minimum 65W power supply. Will using a 100W power adapter with the dock work?

Yes. The dock's PD port supports up to 100W input. When using a 100W adapter, the upstream port delivers a maximum of 85W output, which meets most laptops' power requirements.

Why does the display go black when unplugging the PD charger? Is this normal?

When the PD charger is connected, it powers the dock. Unplugging forces the dock to switch to the host device's power supply, triggering signal renegotiation and temporary blackout. This is normal, the switching process completes within 10 seconds.
