Task EssentialKeep Fresh Deodorant

I found this deodorant on Gilt about a month after they launched their site (natural and mostly unscented products I love). I know that when I bought initially initially it was around $11.95 and although it lasts a long time (3-4 months) for me, it's expensive.The product now, depending on where you buy it, can be a minimum of $19.99 all the way up to $24.95 - FOR DEODORANT. It is still worth every penny and I think it's a great line although this is the only product from it that I continue to use after 15 years.

Product was purchased to help with not staining clothes. I'm not in fit shape and tend to sweat a lot. I tried clinical-strength products to stop the sweating, however I realized that was not my problem. This product leaves a subtle and pleasing scent and lasts most of the day. I do have to reapply after I get back from work.So far I have not stained my undershirts as this product is aluminum free and does appear to not stain clothes. I realized I will sweat regardless, but I can save my clothes.I'm also pleased with the product casing. It's a nice touch that you have to unscrew to use it, and the bottom mechanism to reveal more deodorant works really well. It feels well made and will probably last me several months.

While this deodorant does not have aluminum, it does have Propylene Glycol, PEG-7 and other chemical ingredients, some of which are questionable at best with regard to long term health effects. I found this deodorant on a list of the best natural deodorants of 2019, and when I ordered it on Amazon, I mistakenly neglected to read the entire list of ingredients, otherwise I never would have ordered the product if I knew it wasn't actually a natural product and was packed with chemicals. I did not open the package and tried to return it but it and/or Amazon has a no return policy for this product. I will not be ordering this product again.

I have tried just about every natural brand out there and this one is my favorite of them all. No baking soda burn, a light, pleasant scent, and it works incredibly well at keeping my pits stink free. I'm in love with this deodorant!

Great scent but doesn’t last. I end up stinky after a few hours.

Nice masculine smell. Love it. It really helps to cut underarm odor. The other day it was all I was wearing (no cologne) and someone hugged me and said I smelled fresh. Only difficulty is the knob to raise and lower, sometimes pops out of place.

This product works well. It also does not stain my shirts. I was surprised about the sent. I didn’t really appreciate the light hint of Old Spice. But it’s not that loud and I can tolerate it. I most likely will try another product next time, but have I have a feeling I’ll end up coming back to this one

It lasts over 6 months of every day use.
