I love these crackers, they're so good. I haven't checked the ingredients for seed oils but I know they go Great on a cheese board, with some grapes and berries. Nice for entertaining

These are one of my new favorites. I have not been able to locate them in a store, and I wanted a healthy alternative to the heavily processed crackers. These have a mild taste. They are also not greasy, not crumbly, and not too salty. I eat them plain, but was thinking how nice they'd taste with cheese the other day! These are also dip-able crackers since they don't break or crumble easy.
