What I would say though is that you won't see instant benefits, you need to take the supplement for a good few weeks first. I find it levels out my mood and gives me more energy.Start off slow to ensure maca root suits you, maybe starting with one capsule at first as these are higher strength than ordinary maca root supplements and working up to two.

No issues with these so far for more than a week in terms of undesirable effects. Easy to swallow, tasteless and you get roughly a months worth in the bottle taking 2 per day. I have tried a few supplements that are supposed to provide a vitality kick, these have been fine as well. It's nice to have a bit extra for general energy, work, gym or any other activity.
