Street Fighter Vs. Tekken Arcade Fight Stick PRO - Cross (PS3)

This is my first arcade stick, and it feels better than using a normal controller to play any fighting games and gives me more accuracy when i want to do something(example street fighter x tekken and using the special or mist steps) but saying that, recently my quarter circle back motions are not being picked up, this could just be me or the stick itself, but it still does well, the design of it is tidy and it gives enough room for you to be comfortable when playing using this.My main reason to get this was to make my "hobby", ie playing fighting games, easier to get into and get much more out of the games than simply button mashing my way through everything, i enjoy how this stick seems like it's thought out for only one game, yet i tried it with quite a few fighting games than the one it's intended for (mortal kombat both old and new), it's easy to start using and getting into, but it's harder to getting used to, it's a bit bulky but not so much you're fighting for leg room (pro tip don't use it on your legs), it's shape is great for playing on the floor with and doesn't really get in the way.Is it worth the high price? Well almost if you want to get into the hobby more, get better at it(debatable but you can use a stick or a normal controller or even a game pad by mad catz AND still get better at the fighting game of your choice) or even have that good arcadey feel that most people don't have anymore, i would recommend looking around for a good price for it, not over £100 and such, but it is how much you think it's worth, it's not going to suddenly make you one of the top 10 players, but it'll give you a great feel for fighting games and to me it seems worth the money.

Plain and simple, this is an amazing arcade stick. Solidly built, good weight / design, great quality parts (Sanwa for the buttons and the stick), a square gate as needed for Street Fighter IV etc (thinking Guile's ultra in particular)... nothing to fault. The cable tucks away into a compartment at the back which is really handy, and there's the option as is fairly standard to switch the stick to acting as the left or right analogue sticks or the d-pad (although I doubt anyone has any real reason to take it off d-pad mode for any games this is intended for), plus there's autofire and a lock button to stop you pressing the home key etc whilst playing.

I purchased this stick because it was affordable and I have always wanted to try play with a stick.After a bit of practice, it has upped my game, in 2D fighting games at least, 3D games like Tekken is a different story. It is very time consuming, if you have many years of using a controller, like me.But I would differently recommend this item if you find it affordable, and want to try a stick.

First arcade stick I have ever tried so I dont have anything to compare to but I like it.Very sensitive buttons! It dont bother me but they might, you cant res your fingers on them.

Un des derniers sticks de chez Madcatz, on est dans le haut de gamme pour un très bon prix!très pratique, confortable et léger, il est vraiment agréable à utiliser et relativement facile à transporter.pour les boutons et le stick c'est du full Sanwa (leader japonais du marché) ce qui assure une excellente qualité.pour les petits bémols je dirais que la trappe pour ranger le câble n'est pas très solide et ne durera pas très longtemps si on n'y fait pas attention. elle est aussi peu profonde, ce qui oblige de bien replier le câble pour le ranger (on ne peut pas le fourrer quand on est pressés de le ranger). Aussi, les boutons start et select ne sont pas visibles directement vu leur emplacement. ils sont facilement accessibles mais seulement avec un peu d'habitude.L'overlay est vissé par dessous, ce qui permet de ne pas avoir de vis qui dépassent, ce que j'apprécie mais qui déplaira aux adeptes de la customisation, puisqu'ils devront ouvrir la bête pour le changer (et donc perdre la garantie)J'ai cherché en vain avant de l'acheter donc je le précise ici: le stick pour PS3 est compatible PC! (du moins chez moi) il semblerait que le problème des sticks TE ait été résolu (du moins pour certaines machines), et c'est toujours bon a prendre!Bref, un très bon stick, pour un prix vraiment abordable (surtout en ce moment), je le conseille vivement!

Der Street Fighter X Tekken Arcade FightStick von Madcatz ist ein Profi Stick der sehr fein und präzise reagiert und hochwertige Teile von Sanwa verbaut hat. Ich entschied mich den Stick zu kaufen weil meine Daumen unter dem Pad spielen litten. Pad Spieler werden sich am Anfang damit schwer tun da der Stick eine Eingewöhnungsphase braucht bis man damit besser ist. Der Stick ist sehr gut hat aber eine entscheidende Macke weshalb ich auch nur 4 Sterne geben kann. Der Stick hat von Werk aus einen so genanten 4 Ecks Begrenzer (Square Gate) eingebaut der bei spielen wie Super Street Fighter 4 die Ausführung von diversen Special Moves erschwert, was mich schon einige Matches gekostet hat. Das soll heissen das der Stick sich in einem 4 Eck bewegen lässt. Das Gate ist zwar Geschmacksache unter Profis ist aber meiner Meinung nach ungeeignet für Anfänger. Die Knöpfe sind einfach nur Super und reagieren sehr präzise. Wer in Betracht zieht sich den Stick zu kaufen sollte meiner Meinung nach unbedingt ein 8 Eck Begrenzer (Octagate) von Sanwa dazu kaufen und einbauen, was übrigens sehr einfach ist lässt allerdings die Garantie erlöschen. Ansonsten gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung .

Très belle manette arcade, rien à dire sur la finition et la qualité du produit (il y a même une trappe pour ranger le câble !), c'est un stick très pratique pour les jeux de combat car les touches se situent idéalement sous les doigts contrairement aux manettes traditionnelles. Le poids n'est pas gênant mais c'est une manette plutôt encombrante quand il faut la ranger.
