I needed a new cheese grater, and wanted something more efficient than a box grater. This little doo dad was a fantastic choice. The gripper suction thing at the base works incredibly well on my counter, and it is very stable when using. I love the interchangeable inserts, and being the Type A that I am, I really appreciate the included organizer for them. Operating and cleaning is simple thanks to the very sharp inserts. The only gripe I have is that it’s a little low, so I had to tilt the bowl I use to catch the cheese. For the price, there is no question this is a great value.

I've used this for about a year now. I love it. It's easy to use and easy to take apart, easy to clean and does a great job of shredding and slicing.

I bought this based on other reviews. I was not disappointed. This works GREAT and not just for cheese. The suction to the counter really holds until you release it. Super easy to clean.

I have only used it to shred cheese so far, but it worked nicely. Easy to clean, put together for use and take apart for storage.

I like this. I got it so I could start shredding my own cheese from blocks because it’s healthier and cheaper. It took me about 5 minutes to shred a 2lb block of cheddar cheese. It shreds it pretty fine and even curls it a little which makes for a cute presentation. It was easy to clean and assemble/disassemble. My only issue is the suction doesn’t always stick super strong. But I just press down a little firmer and works good.

It does what it claims, very basic like years ago but blades sharp inserting, so watch those fingers. Seems to stay put on counter, I wet before using suction to keep a stronger seal. Don't over fill despite size of opening. Less is more with this and will make it go faster. Glad they are available again. It was a go too for granny/parents years ago. Not much different in design. Fast clean up and less hassle than box grader or processor. Price differences on shades.
